{"id":2133,"date":"2021-06-28T08:09:18","date_gmt":"2021-06-28T08:09:18","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/expertpr.de\/?p=2133"},"modified":"2023-07-13T08:04:37","modified_gmt":"2023-07-13T08:04:37","slug":"walisischer-kochabend-welsh-cook-along-cocktails","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/expertpr.de\/gb\/walisischer-kochabend-welsh-cook-along-cocktails","title":{"rendered":"Virtuelles Event: Walisischer Kochabend"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>As part of the themed year &#8220;Wales in Germany 2021&#8221;, Wales is organising an online cooking event for all Wales fans and friends of good food on <strong>6 July 2021 from 17:00 to 18:00 (BST)<\/strong>, celebrating the diverse Welsh cuisine \u2013 to cook-along, to try later or just to enjoy watching.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cookbook author Nerys Howell and Sian Roberts, TV presenter and owner of Loving Welsh Food, will cook together and show step by step how to prepare four typical Welsh dishes:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Glamorgan Sausages (vegetarian)<\/li><li>Welsh lamb cutlets, lemon crumb and laver relish<\/li><li>Mussels, bacon and leek<\/li><li>Welsh Cakes<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>The small Aber Falls Distillery based in North Wales will be preparing matching cocktails.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The event will be held mostly in English on Zoom, but questions can be asked in German via the chat function.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Tuesday, 6 July 2021, 17:00 <strong><strong>\u2013<\/strong><\/strong><\/strong> <strong>18:00 (BST)<\/strong><br><strong>Free registration <\/strong>and recipes: <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/wales-cook-along.eventbrite.co.uk\" target=\"_blank\">https:\/\/wales-cook-along.eventbrite.co.uk<\/a>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The cook-along is a wonderful opportunity to sample a taste of Welsh cuisine. There has been a lot happening in the Welsh cooking scene for years.
